MISSION
STATEMENT
To promote good health and well-being of our clients by providing quality support services to the following groups:
- Seniors

are ill
- People with challenging abilities

in shelters

PHILOSOPHY
We believe in the delivery of quality care through community support services to all our customers with the aim of maximizing available resources to enhance people's physical, social, spiritual and emotional life while promoting dignity, independence, self worth and self esteem.
COMMUNITY
SERVED
We provide services within Metropolitan Toronto and its surroundings including:
Mississauga, Brampton, Bolton, Oakville, Burlington, Whitby, Scarborough, Vaughn, Aurora and Richmond Hill. Our Barrie office also covers from Orillia through Barrie to Bradford, Orangeville, Milton, Caledon and NewMarket areas.

RESOURCES AND EDUCATION
Dorvict places a great deal of emphasis on personal and professional development of staff. Attendance at educational programs offered within and outside the organization is encouraged. Dorvict currently offers the following training for its employees: First Aid & CPR; Enhanced Support Training; Safe Management Training and Non Violent Physical Crisis Intervention training.
