OUR PROCESS
EMPLOYEE POOL ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Our employees are hired based on verifiable successful completion of their certifications in their field of study (i.e. Child & Youth Worker, Registered Practitioner Nurse (RPN), Registered Nurse, Certified Personal Support Worker (CPSW) etc.).
In additional to their educational qualification, candidates are hired based on the possessing of valid certification in First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training (CPR), Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Safe Management). These courses are mandatory for all staff. Upon registering with us, our employees are required to provide us with the following documents:
1. Police Clearance Certificate
2. Medical Report of fitness from their Physician
3. Signing of Confidentiality Statement (upon hire)
