What
are your office hours?
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Barrie)
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Toronto)
When
can we call?

Email requests should only be sent to a staff coordinator attached to your service. You can also call our 24 hour paging system anytime after 5pm and before 9am. Call the pager anytime on the weekend.
We are available for service and consultation 24 hrs a day. But we encourage our clients to call in their shifts on time to ensure prompt and adequate coverage. A copy of our booking confirmation with assigned staff will be faxed to your office or dictated to the caller on phone.
How
am I sure your staff will be there?
We have a shift verification system whereby calls go out to our staff a day before their scheduled shifts. All weekend shifts are also confirmed every Friday. This system has proven to be a success.
Who
should I speak to if there is a concern?
The Staff Coordinators are professionally trained and available during office hours to attend to issues and concerns that you may have. We deal with all concerns diligently and with utmost urgency. We also respond to all issues within 48 hours except on weekends and public holidays when full disclosure may not be available. However, the pager staff is also a resource person that can be contacted on issues.
Problem
with an employee?
Please do not fret. We have a progressive disciplinary procedure for addressing problematic issues with employees. We give our employees opportunity to improve on their performance however, this will never be to the disadvantage of our valued clients and the people we support. If you strongly feel that you do not want a staff to return to your facility, please let us know. In this case, it will be very helpful to us if we can be given the reason so that we may follow up internally.
