Dorvict Resource & Consulting Centre Inc. sincerely appreciates

Dorvict you are placing your confidence and trust in our staff and
our services. In return, it is our job to provide you with a service
experience that meets your needs. At each encounter (training and
support services), our goal is to deliver a consistent, professional
and responsive level of service.
We are revamping and improving our customer service approach to better
accommodate the emerging divergent needs. Our goal is to have a coordinator
attached to each location, facility or project. This facilitates location
specific knowledge and a better responsive service; it also serves
to promote a growth enhancing relationship with all our clients.
We shall continue to engage ourselves in a leadership position in
terms of what we say and what we do for customers. That doesn't mean
we don't make mistakes. We do. But for all of us at Dorvict, this
effort serves as a foundation for improvement and a genuine desire
to get better with every service.
